Cardiac CT Accreditation
Europe


Across europe CTCA accreditation is organised by the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI).

There are 3 levels of accreditation: 1, 2, and 3.
Level 1 has no formal set requirements. In order to obtain Level 2 accreditation you must sit the EACVI.

Initial Accreditation Requirements

EACVI Level 1

There are no formal pre-requisites or qualifcations required for EACVI level 1.


EACVI Level 2

For Level 2 accreditation you must pass an examination and complete a logbook.
The examination is 100 multiple choice questions.
